Transparente is a festival that takes place in Portugal around the International Anti-Corruption Day (09/12) and Human Rights Day (10/12). It proposes a series of events focusing on the issues of transparency and corruption and their effect on human rights, highlighting civic engagement towards positive change. The two editions showcased a series of films and documentaries, music events and debates. In 2018 the theme was Information.
The communication material is based on concepts such as lucidity, conscience or integrity. There are opposite ideas that are worked out - light and shadow, information clarity or misinformation. In that way the typography is defragmented and partially hidden, in a game of repetitions.
